Thailand: Dusit Palace (January 20-21)

Our first night in Thailand, we had Rard-nah; Eiam is the only male in the household (left). The street on which we stayed (right). The neighbor was soon leaving to become a monk and was thus partying late into the night for the first several days we were there.

Taew shows us here many poodles.

Our first visit was to Dusit Palace (palace of Rama V).
We were dropped off and toured by ourselves.

We first went to Vinnmek Palace (left). Then we went to see Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall (right). Pictures were disallowed in both places, so we only have pictures of the exteriors.

As we were waiting to be picked up, Naomi and Amy sat in a tuk-tuk for a photo op. We then went out to eat with the family that night. In the picture are May, Phoon and Air.
